As an Editorial Intern for CF, I am responsible for editing posts from our fabulous Style Gurus. I manage about 18 universities and ensure their writing is spot-on with the trends and Fashionistas they highlight. I also make sure their photos are clear and make a statement, and their links yield shopable websites for readers to explore. I participate in webinars with the rest of the Editorial intern team to bounce around ideas and proper edit formatting.

My favorite fashion publication is… Vogue! I could spend days looking at the ads alone.

My go-to beauty trend is… a bold red or pink lip. I typically wear just powder foundation and eyeliner to maintain a fresh and natural look. But, when I dress up, I tend to keep my eyes on the lighter side and sweep on a bright lipstick in a timeless color. It’s a classy and simple way to make a statement.

The best writing advice I can give is… to keep it simple! personal voice and clarity comes from letting ideas develop before spilling them out onto a page. concise sentencing is the best way to get your point across to your readers. Particularly for blogs like CF with followers looking for a quick and influential read, simple sentence structure reflects a strong and confident writer.

One trend I’m dying to try is… I am dying to try patterned, loose-fit cropped trousers. I think they are such a fun twist on a classic, everyday style.

My favorite beverage is… Mango iced tea from Caribou Coffee. Hands down.
