CollegeFashionista: Where are you from, and where did you go to college?

Kevin Chung: I’m from an island called Guam, and I currently attend Northeastern University in Boston.

CF: How would you describe your personal style?

KC: If you’ve ever read Eunice Lee of UNIS talk about clothing, that’s kind of my schtick: an emphasis on the basics.

CF: What is your favorite trend happening right now? What trend are you looking forward to for spring?

KC: I really don’t know a lot about menswear, nor do I follow trends, but I’m attracted to the whole idea that guys are starting to become more and more interested in how they dress.

CF: What elements does a great photograph contain? Do you have any photography tips?

KC: I think the most important aspect of a photograph is purpose. Have your photographs mean something. As for tips, buy a ridiculously expensive lens.

CF: What inspired you to start your own Tumblr? How do you keep it interesting?

KC: I remember coming across sites like The Bengal Stripe and Sartorially Inclined and really starting to find an interest in menswear. I try to upload posts that are unique and curate my blog to have a kind of overarching aesthetic.
